CT Green Property was founded by Shawn Mohovich, a licensed Architect and General Contractor with a passion for developing modern, affordable, and sustainable homes. Shawn specializes in transforming residential properties with contemporary renovations and cutting-edge green technologies.

Combined with his solid education and creative expertise, Mohovich’s 18 years of industry experience give him an intuitive talent for designing exceptional houses for happy homeowners. Above all, Mohovich thrives on transforming “problem properties” into modernized, functional, and aesthetically pleasing homes that benefit the community.

When he’s not renovating homes, Mohovich dedicates his time and skill to community-oriented projects. In 2003, he began a non-profit organization (www.MakeADifferenceWorldwide.org) that initiates relief and rebuilding projects in countries across the world. He also volunteers each year to lead local youth group mission trips, providing assistance to people suffering from poverty and disaster throughout the United States.
